Delivery

To deliver your carefully chosen items, we use UK Mail for shipping services.
We will send orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery may vary from next day to some days depending on order size and destination.

Damaged goods

If you receive a package damaged, you must report this to us within 7 days of receipt at sales@assembli.nl with enclosed clear photos of the damaged box and the damaged products.
In connection with the CMR law, we cannot reimburse products that have not been reported to us within 7 days.

Returns

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of purchase and with delivery note included to:

Inform us by e-mail of your return with the reason why and send the goods unused, unopened and in original box to us.
We suggest using a shipping service with Track&Trace*
Goods are your responsibility until it reached us intact. We will send you an e-mail when we paid back* your order. This should be done within 5 working days.

* Shipping costs will not be refunded.
